The Village Farmhouse has plenty of onsite free parking, guests are encouraged to turn vehicles around in the back of the property before exiting the driveway. The fully equipped kitchen is bright & inviting and stocked with basic staples. Guests are greeted with fresh flowers (summer & fall) and blueberry muffins, fresh Michigan fruit in season and fully stocked coffee/tea bar.
Relax on the reclining ottoman, comfy couch, sectional or love seat or rock a little one on the farmhouse rocker. Stream your favorite shows on the 55" Roku TV in the living area as well as smaller TVs in bedrooms. Enjoy puzzling or games at the large dining or coffee tables or lighted outside patio table. Our puzzle choice is White Mountain brand for their ease of completing in a short time and their nostalgic subjects. If you have to bring your work along, a beautiful Colorado live-edge desk and comfortable big/tall chair as well as WIFI is available. Also, challenge friends and family to a game of basketball, foosball, or over 60 classic 1980's games on our arcade cocktail table.
We are privately managed and will be available to assist with questions or concerns. Upon placing a booking inquiry, our guests will be asked to sign a hot tub, fire table waiver and general use of property waiver. If in agreement with the hot tub rules, keys to unlock the hot tub will be provided. Our general property rules are very typical: no smoking or vaping within the house, no pets, no parties, no loud noise or fireworks. Please respect the Spring Lake Village requirements of quiet hours from 11 pm - 7 am and allowed occupancy of 7 overnight guests. At check in, we will meet you at the property to briefly go over tips and use of the property so that you can fully enjoy your stay without difficulties and also answer any questions you might have. Guests are free to decline this quick visit if desired.
